Returns Policy

We want you to find your PERFECT FIT every time you shop.
While we do not provide refunds, we will gladly provide a full purchase credit without expiry or assist you to exchange your item. If you need to request a credit or exchange please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Simply email support@tigerhorse.com.au or message us CLICK HERE TO CHAT and let us know if you're requesting an exchange or credit. We will provide simple instructions for returning the item. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted us and received exchange instructions.

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, if you've requested an exchange you will be notified once the new item has shipped, if you've requested a credit, it will be applied automatically to the store, your credit can be used towards another purchase at any time without expiry,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning & exchanging your item. Our return instructions will include the purchase of shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Most items are shipped from Australia, allow up to 14 days for orders outside Australia and 7 days for orders within Australia.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
